Welcome to Attipas UK website.  We sell our products to you subject to the terms and conditions listed here.  Please read them carefully before using the website.  By using the website, you are signifying your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Price

All products are inclusive of all taxes but do not include delivery charges.

Attipas UK reserves the rights to modify its prices at any time without prior notice.  The products will be purchased according to the price at the time the order is completed. 

Delivery  dispatch

Orders placed on the attipas.co.uk website will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Delivery costs and timescales

We will do out best to ship our orders next business day.  Our cut off time for our courier is 2.00pm. The orders will be delivered by Royal Mail.

An email with your delivery details will be sent, so you can track or amend your order to suit.

NBD Delivery Cost: £3.99 + £1.00 per additional shoe

Please note during our sale periods our delivery times may slow down.

Refund / Cancelation Policy

The customer has a legal cooling-off period of 7 working days starting the day after delivery to cancel the contract.

Attipas.co.uk extends this period to 21 days from the date of the order to return items, provided that the conditions stated in the paragraph below are met. 

Conditions of exchange and return

The product(s) returned must be new, unused and perfectly intact. Any exchange or return must be done via an exchange or return request sent to info@attipas.co.uk.

The customer is responisble for all return delivery costs.

Attipas UK will give you a returns number, that must be included with your return for it to be processed efficiently.

The exchange order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the returned items being returned to stock and delivery will be free of charge.

If the amount of the customer's exchange order is lower than the initial order, attipas.co.uk will refund the difference within 15 days of receipt of returned package in our warehouse.

The customer must obtain and retain the proof of postage of the package.  If the package is lost, no refund will be given.

Product condition

All returned products and box must be sent back completely intact.

On receipt of the package, attipas.co.uk will judge whether the goods and box are in perfect condition. No returns will be accepted if the returned products or box have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and if this use or damage has rendered the products unsuitable for sale. If the return is refused by attipas.co.uk, the products will then be returned to the customer at attipas.co.uk's expense.

The customer may not demand any compensation nor is he entitled to any refund, unless he subsequently exercises his warranty rights for sold goods.

In the event of an exchange, if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and if this use or damage has rendered them unsuitable for sale, attipas.co.uk may exercise all corresponding actions of recovery from the customer.
